MEET DOM
Dom Dennis is a natural bodybuilder from New York with a coaching philosophy rooted in discipline, structure, and real transformation. What began as a personal decision to elevate his own fitness evolved into a deeper pursuit of bodybuilding, giving him the credibility, insight, and experience he brings into his coaching.
He believes fitness is one of the rare places in life that gives back exactly what you put in. Dom carries that belief into every training relationship, whether he’s helping a beginner build confidence, supporting a client through a sustainable change or preparing an athlete to hit the stage. His coaching is anchored in clarity, accountability, and showing up with intention every day.
His Jamaican heritage has shaped much of his resilience, discipline, and the standard he holds for both himself and his clients. Outside of training, Dom is a proud girl dad which fuels his commitment to leading by example and showing his daughter the power of consistency and growth.
